	FOOD A La Carte German Food throughout the festival. Many German & American Favorites and Snacks served on the grounds with a small town German flair! German Food Menu Items Big German Style Pig Roast Saturday evening. Pork and Kraut, dinner roll, a choice of two sides. A La Carte includes: Mett, Bratt, Hot Dog, and Pork Sandwiches (sauerkraut optional), Potato Wedges, German potato salad, Pepsi Products, bottled water. Assorted Desserts Sauerkraut Balls, Soft Pretzels, Pop and Juice Boxes for the kids
