Wilmington K of C Oktoberfest 2008

Charity Application

Organizations interested in being considered for selection as the designated charity for the 9^th annual Wilmington K of C Oktoberfest must submit a completed and signed application (below) to the Wilmington Oktoberfest Planning Committee before the application deadline of May 5, 2008.  The mailing address and fax number are listed below. 

Eligibility: To be eligible for consideration, charities/non-profit must serve the Clinton County area and hold a non-profit status.  All eligible Charities/Non-profits are encouraged to apply.

Recipient Responsibilities:  The selected Charity/Non-profit will be notified in mid-June and from that point forward until the day of the event (September 27, 2008), at least one volunteer from the charity is expected to attend monthly Oktoberfest Planning meetings.  These meetings are usually held on the 3^rd Thursday of the month at 7pm in the basement of St. Columbkille Catholic Church in Wilmington.  Questions can be addressed to Larry Droesch, Co-Chair 937-383-3680 or.
