General Participant Guidelines
Registration deadline of the booth space is September 2, 2010. For general questions call
Bob Gomez (937-725-6938). Payment, written waiver of insurance, and
health department permits (IF NEEDED) must be received by September
2, 2010.
Please make checks payable to KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS COUNCIL #3369.
NO REFUNDS OF VENDOR FEES THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
Booths:

10' X 10' space with electric = $30.00 each
(For-Profit and Non-Profit- all outside spaces.)

There is a limited number of 10 X 10 spaces @ $40 under the big tent (first come first served)

There is a limited number of 10 X 10 snack booth spaces @ $50 (first come first served)
Each vendor MUST supply their own tent or awning, tables, chairs, etc. for their booth.
Each vendor MUST supply their own 25 foot extension cords for their booth.
***Set-up may begin after 8:00 AM and be done by 11:00 AM on the day of the event.***
NOTE: During the Oktoberfest, no vehicles will have access to the midway after 11:00 AM. Vendors must allow enough time prior to the event opening at 12 Noon to prepare and stock their booths.
*****Booth tear-down may begin after 9:00 PM the day of the event and must be completed before
11:00 PM .*****
We strongly encourage decorating in a Oktoberfest/German theme for conformity to the event.
***NOTE THIS INFORMATION BELOW***
Electric requirements for Vendors must be turned in with the booth registration. This will
include the required amps needed and the type of planned equipment usage and the
number of extension cords you are planning to use during the event.
Health Department Certification and licensing (IF NEEDED) are the responsibility of the
individual vendor.
Non-profits may promote their organizations through signs/literature at their booths. Collecting
of monetary donations through raffles or containers IS NOT permitted.
Each vendor MUST sign the provided waiver of insurance. Each vendor must agree to hold harmless the Knights of Columbus#3369, St. Columbkille Catholic Church, The Archdiocese of Cincinnati, and the City of Wilmington for all actions in and around the booth during the set up, festivities and tear down..
Booth content can not be contrary to the teachings and norms of the Catholic Church
or Knights of Columbus.
